How It Works
After ordering, the customer taps "Pay" in WhatsApp. They choose between M-Pesa prompt, bill the tab owner, or till number.
Your digital employee sends an M-Pesa payment request directly to the customer's phone. They enter their PIN and confirm. No cash, no cards.
The system receives the M-Pesa callback, verifies the amount matches the bill, marks the order as paid, and notifies the customer. Zero manual work.
